- Fragrances (Perfume , Attar etc) are non returnable or exchangeable products.
- We do not accept any return , exchange or cancellation request once the order is placed.
- For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to source account and might take up to 7 working days ( Totally depends on banks )
- Customer have to pay the shipping charges in the following cases
- If any information like mob n.o , address , pincode or any other required details which is essential to deliver the product by a courier company is not provided by a customer or insufficient information was provided due to which parcel gets returned to us. In that case, customers will be liabel to pay forward & backward shipping charges of the shipment
- If the customer was not available to receive the parcel or they cancel the order at the time of delivery, in that case, the customer will be liable to pay forward & backward shipping charges.
- Replacement will only be accepted if products received are damaged/ defective.
