I placed an order for perfumes on your website on September 8th. Payment was processed immediately, and I received an order confirmation with a promised delivery date of September 17th. Yet, as of today, there has been absolutely no meaningful update from your so-called logistics partner, Shadowfax—and even worse, no accountability from your team.
Instead of resolving the issue, your customer service has repeatedly sent robotic, copy-pasted replies that show zero concern for the customer. Their brilliant solution? Telling me to personally go collect the package from the courier—because clearly, that’s what paying customers sign up for when they shop online.
It’s baffling how a brand like Arabian Aroma can promise elegance and luxury through its products while delivering such incompetence and indifference behind the scenes. Your support team doesn’t just lack efficiency—they lack basic professionalism, empathy, and common sense.

Good perfume but it isn't that long lasting as the original one. The dry downis very similar to Acqua Di Gio EDP but it is little towards sweeter finish when compared with OG.
